Location: Wagner Trucking - Long Lake Rd/Co Rd 7 NW, Brandon Township
Case Details:
On March 18th, 2024 at approximately 1310 hours, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call from an employee at Wagner Trucking, south of Brandon. The caller reported a male subject walked into their business and was acting very strange and aggressive. Initial reports were that a weapon may possibly be involved. Deputies and numerous assisting agencies responded to the incident and located the male subject outside of the business. He was taken into custody without incident, and deputies quickly determined that a weapon was not involved and no one was hurt.
Two other individuals were located by a van parked on Co Rd 7 nearby, and later determined they were traveling with the subject who was arrested. They were interviewed on scene, and later released. The subject was evaluated at Alomere Hospital, and later transported to jail where he is being held on an outstanding warrant.
Assisting agencies included the Alexandria Police Department, MN State Patrol, MN DNR, North Ambulance, and the Grant County Sheriff's Office.
