PARCEL MAPPING INFORMATION
PARCEL INTERACTIVE MAP - The County’s original GIS parcel database was created for planning purposes and did not have the means to control the positional accuracy. Our goal is to improve both the accuracy and accessibility of the parcel database. The Survey and GIS Division is using Global Positioning System (GPS) and Coordinate Geometry (COGO) to create a more accurate representation of the actual parcel boundaries and will continue to work on improving the accuracy of the parcel database.
THIS PARCEL DATABASE, MAPS, AND DATA VIEWED ARE A COMPILATION OF INFORMATION AND DATA IN DOUGLAS COUNTY OFFICES AND IS NOT A SURVEY. THE PARCEL DATABASE, MAPS, AND OTHER DATA ARE TO BE USED FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY AND THE COUNTY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INACCURACIES HEREIN CONTAINED.
